Entre os destaques, Game of Thrones reina com o maior numero de indicações com 32, incluindo Melhor atriz em série dramática para Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), Melhor ator em série dramática para Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) e Melhor série Dramática. Em seguida The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel segue em segundo lugar com 20 indicações.
