Golden Joystick Awards 2026 abre votação com indicados em 21 categorias

O Golden Joystick Awards 2026 revelou os indicados de sua 44ª edição e abriu a votação pública para os fãs. A votação está disponível até as 20h de Brasília (BRT) de 23 de outubro, com 21 categorias que incluem Jogo do Ano para Consoles, Jogo do Ano para PC e Jogo Mais Esperado.

Golden Joystick Awards 2026 recebe votação do público

Conhecido como o “People’s Gaming Awards”, o Golden Joystick Awards teve mais de 21 milhões de votos públicos em 2025. Na edição anterior, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 foi o maior vencedor, com sete prêmios, enquanto Ghost of Yōtei, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Grand Theft Auto VI e PEAK também conquistaram múltiplos troféus.

Entre os destaques das indicações de 2026 estão 007 First Light e Big Walk, com seis indicações cada. Resident Evil Requiem aparece em quatro categorias, enquanto Dispatch, MECCHA CHAMELEON, Mewgenics, SAROS, The Blood of Dawnwalker e Valheim receberam múltiplas indicações.

A lista de indicados também inclui produções independentes e grandes lançamentos, com nomes como Mina the Hollower, Forza Horizon 6, Resident Evil Requiem e STAR WARS Zero Company concorrendo em diferentes categorias.

Ultimate Game of the Year será anunciado posteriormente

A lista de indicados ao prêmio Ultimate Game of the Year será revelada na segunda-feira, 26 de outubro, mesma data em que a votação da categoria será aberta.

Além das categorias abertas ao público, outros vencedores serão escolhidos por um painel de jornalistas de veículos como Gamesradar+, PC Gamer, Future Games Show, Edge magazine, Knowledge e Retro Gamer, além da rede de escritores e criadores freelancers da Future. Os vencedores serão anunciados durante a cerimônia.

Entre os prêmios selecionados pelo painel estão Streamers’ Choice Award, Breakthrough Award e Critics’ Choice Award.

Golden Joystick Awards 2026 terá cerimônia em novembro

Os vencedores serão anunciados em uma cerimônia realizada no centro de Londres e transmitida globalmente na quarta-feira, 11 de novembro de 2026.

Daniel Dawkins, Content Director do Golden Joystick Awards na Future, afirmou: “Em mais um ano emocionante, mas turbulento, para os videogames, o Golden Joystick Awards tem orgulho de celebrar os maiores lançamentos dos últimos doze meses. Com o tão aguardado GTA 6 previsto para ser lançado uma semana após nosso show ao vivo, o 44º Golden Joystick Awards tem o prazer de apresentar sua seleção de indicados mais diversa e criativa até agora. Os sucessos independentes Big Walk, Dispatch e Mina the Hollower estão ao lado de grandes blockbusters como 007 First Light, Forza Horizon 6 e Resident Evil Requiem. Este ano, nenhum jogo domina o campo, sendo este um dos nossos anos mais abertos e imprevisíveis, tornando seu voto mais influente do que nunca na decisão dos vencedores.

“Estamos muito animados para estrear um novo visual para o Golden Joystick Awards, adotando o icônico troféu em formato de joystick que remonta à nossa origem em 1983.
